Payments and Refunds

Payments

We accept payments via Stripe, our third-party payment provider. By purchasing credit packs for our Service, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Credit Purchases

FormulaFixer operates on a credit-based model. Credits are purchased in packs as one-time payments. Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase. Purchased credits are added to your account balance and can be used for AI-powered formula corrections.

Credit Usage and Expiration

Credits are consumed as you use the AI correction feature. Purchased credits do not expire. You can view your remaining credits in the app.

Refunds

All purchases of credit packs are final. Once a payment is processed and credits are added to your account, they are non-refundable. Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if technical issues prevent the successful delivery of purchased credits to your account or prevent access to the Service itself. If required by law, we will issue refunds in compliance with applicable regulations.

Prohibited Activities

You may use the Website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Website:
